Single Student

In-Person or Virtual: $70/hour

This option is best for students who shine working one-on-one with their tutor. Single student sessions are the most popular because of the care and attention to detail, as well as the individualization of tutoring styles. This is a great option for students who are really struggling with material, have learning disabilities, or want to go above and beyond in their classes. Whether deciding to do weekly meetings, as needed for major tests and quizzes, or something more personalized, we will meet your students’ needs.

Single student sessions are an ideal choice for online learning. With the interactive use of a digital whiteboard, students can experience the same level of engagement and personal attention as if they were sitting right beside their tutor.

This option is best for students who need help in more than one subject per meeting.

Two Students

In-Person or Virtual: $55 each/hour

This option is great for classmates or siblings. In medical school, there is a famous principle: “See one, do one, teach one.” This can be applied to students of all subjects, as once a student has sufficient knowledge to solve a problem, it deepens and expands their understanding when challenged with teaching it to their peer. This is also a great option for pairs who both have a moderate understanding of the material, and are happy to work on their assignments until hitting a roadblock, at which point the tutor intervenes and assists, answering questions as needed.

This option is best for groups of students who want to focus on one subject.

Three or More Students

In-Person or virtual: $45 each/hour

Similar to the two student option, this is great for classmates all taking the same class. This option is especially popular around finals and midterms, as many students will be working on the same review packets, and often have difficulties with the same questions/topics. This is a great way for friends and classmates to learn together, especially using the “See one, do one, teach one” principle.

This option is best for groups of students who want to focus on one subject.

Recordings (virtual only) – $10 per session

This add-on includes video and whiteboard recording, transcripts and AI summaries from a tutoring session. Please note, this is only available for virtual sessions.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled more than 48 hours in advance with no fee.

Cancellations within 48 hours of an appointment can be rescheduled to within approximately 48 hours of the original appointment with no fees. 

If an appointment is cancelled with less than 2 days notice, or rescheduled beyond 2 days of original appointment, the customer will be charged for the original appointment.
